Weekly Group Calls: Every Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST. All calls are recorded, so if you miss a session, you can catch up at your convenience.

Personalized 1:1 Sessions: Each member receives one 30-minute check-in session per month or two 15-minute check-ins, which can be scheduled by directly messaging Cody.
